Why did it have it end like that? Why why why!?! Oh be still my heart... what an amazing read! It’s quick, quirky and insanely good! I was hooked, line and sinker, from the very beginning. I gobbled up the words instead of savouring them and it ended up being finished before I had a chance to prepare myself. But, Damn, I need more!!!

The main character, Evangeline Walker, is a fabulous heroine. She has demons, she has issues, but she’s so so loyal to her family. What she does for them goes above and beyond. I can see her going a long way! But... I have to wait for book 2 to know what happens and that’s frustrating. I’m not a lover of cliffhangers as everyone knows.
Rafe - swoon - is not your typical ‘rockstar’. He’s sensitive and sweet as well as caring. He’s amazing. Great to read about for sure!

The whole story concept was fabulous. It was different and it was quick paced but I loved every minute of reading it.

As always, with this author, I’ve fallen in love with the characters and all their characteristics and I’m gagging for even more!!
