This is the first novel I’ve read from Olivia Stephen and it was awesome. A great novel full of anguish and emotions with characters raging with different personalities.

Sarah’s character, though, let me down a fair bit. I especially didn’t like her when Liam and Cole were first going to Nashville. I thought, regardless of her experiences and past, that’s she’d be ecstatic for Liam but she wasn’t and I didn’t like that about her at all. It was all about her. It made her come across as clingy, needy, and maybe a little desperate, instead of worried. There were a few parts that came across that way but nothing that made me roll my eyes like that part did.

Loved Liam and his caring, loving nature. And his patience, and boy does he have buckets full of that. Kudos, Liam.

I adored Cole as well, he’s a secondary character who loves having fun and being the comedian friend. I’m hoping his story is next!

I also know I have to read Raina and Zane’s story too which I will most certainly be doing! I kinda wish I read book 1 first though. But, this can be read as a stand-alone.

Overall, a beautifully haunting romance with a little bit of light hearted laughter along the way. It’s cute and well put together, not the best, but definitely one I’ll remember for a long time to come.
